# Acceptable Use Policy (VPS)

At DanBot Hosting, we try and let our users host a wide range of services in our colocation and dedicated, so they get the best experience while using DBH. But we have to have limitations for a real, what are these limitations, read below.

These rules are enforced regularly and are always in effect.

This list is not a complete list, and you may still be banned for hosting stuff that isn't allowed to comply with laws and legal takedown orders.

If your unsure, ask before you host anything. Support tickets, and support emails are always welcomed.

The following are prohibited:

DDoS Tools.
Nitro Generators or token grabbers.
Discord Terms of Service Violations.
Piracy Sites/Contents/Shares.
Bitcoin Mining.
Phishing Sites.
Resource hog beyond fairuse that affects our systems or other customers.
Constant high network activity will result in throttled/limited networking.
