# How to Appeal a Ban?

All appeals are handled through appeals@danbot.host

Appeals can be for Discord Bans or Hosting Bans. They can also be used to appeal server suspensions.

# What should I include on my email?

You should provide as much information as possible. This includes:

• Detailed explanation of the situation.
• Reasoning for unban.
• Server IDs.
• Panel Email.
• Discord ID.
• Screenshots if applicable.

# When can I recieve a response?

Emails are typically responded to in 3-5 business days. You can bump your ticket if you have heard back a response in more then a week.

# Will I get unbanned?

The appeals team will determine if you are eligible for an unban/unsuspension. There are no guarentees whatsoever.
